Make a survey form for visitors feedback

Getting feedback could make changes to your blog as well.If you own a Blog with Gadget product reviews,survey would be more helpful to let you know about your visitors taste, and what they are expecting from your blog.

Here i wanna mention a free website ,where you can create free survey forms ,without having any paid domains and cost.

SurveyMonkey is the website i used to get feedback from users.

WHAT TYPE QUESTIONS ?

1. First two column must be their Name and Email address.
2. Then you can ask about your blog' design,rating of post quality,about pictures,post paragraphs etc...
3. Avoid more personal questions![About Parents and family.]
4. Avoid unnecessary questions.

HOW MUCH QUESTIONS ?

1. Its according to your questions,i recommend below 15 questions will do a better feedback. More than 20 questions may get bored by your readers and their replies wouldn't be much sincere.

HOW TO GET INTO READERS TO TAKE YOUR SURVEY?

1. Here you can use your email feed subscribers ,you can easily get the email address of your readers,You can manually send them the survey form link to their email address as a request.
2. Give a Small Survey forum link in your blog's home page.
